The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
- Kitchen: equipped with hob, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware.
- Climate: air conditioning / heating (see remote in the living room).
- Towels and bed linen: included.
- Check-out: before 11:00. Leave the keys where we agreed.
Places of interest
A few places worth visiting near the apartment, in Playa de San Juan (Alicante):
- San Juan Beach — one of Spain’s finest urban beaches: fine sand and a long seafront promenade.
- Cabo de las Huertas — quiet coves and viewpoints, perfect at sunset.
- Santa Bárbara Castle — atop Mount Benacantil, with spectacular views over the bay.
- Explanada de España and the Port — Alicante’s iconic palm-lined promenade.
- Old town (El Barrio) — charming streets, tapas and nightlife.
To eat: the area is famous for rice dishes and seafood. You’ll find beach bars on the seafront and restaurants in the San Juan district.
How to get here
From the airport
Alicante-Elche (ALC) · ~15 km · 20-25 min
- → By taxi or rideshare: a direct 20-25 minute trip to the door.
- → By bus: line C-6 from the airport to central Alicante, then connect with the TRAM towards Playa de San Juan.
From the train station
Alicante Terminal (Renfe) · ~35 min
- → From the station, head to the Luceros TRAM stop (centre), about a 10-min walk.
- → Take the TRAM (lines L1, L3 or L4) towards the coast and get off at the Playa de San Juan stops.
By tram (TRAM)
Lines L1 · L3 · L4
- → The TRAM runs along the coast between central Alicante, Playa de San Juan and El Campello.
- → Get off at the stop nearest Avenida de Niza; the apartment is a few minutes away on foot.
By car
A-70 / N-332
- → From Alicante or Valencia, take the A-70 and exit at Playa de San Juan (signposted); the N-332 (coast road) also works.
- → The apartment is on Avenida de Niza, right by the seafront.
- → Parking available nearby; ask us about a garage space.
